I know you do some SERIOUS skinning work around here...I'm looking for some knowledge and a bit of help...pls chk out my post here...it'll explain what I'm looking for...and so far I've gotten no response from the kitchen thread that I frequent, and nothing from the home screen thread so far...

I really appreciate these forums, I learn so much by reading however I have one small issue using Max3 (beta) on MrX 3-5 2.5 ROM:

When I send a text message (or reply) and I switch to my hard keyboard, the "manila contact manager slider" blocks the text box and the cursor doesn't automatically make it so I can type. I have to click right above the slider and try to catch the text box in order to enter any text.

This is really annoying, any suggestions would be very helpful!

had the same problem the other day...seems to have just started happening... i just use the windows mobile texting most of the time.

I get the same thing from time to time and if I just slide the keypad back in and then out again the slider works right. Doesnt happen all the time. I would say about 35%

So you bypass HTC messaging altogether? is there something that could auto hide that manila taskbar?

Any reasons Max Manila would crash over night and not be usable? At the same time other apps that I have installed wont work such as Seven (push email), Pocketshield, Opera Mini 5...

Ok, after a complete rebuild, the messaging issue is gone however I have not tried full screen mode yet, not sure if that would make a difference.

Now to just get the backgrounds working in landscape...gonna go check out your HOw-To's again Big...

ok switched to nrg rom but I have one annoyance, the calendar notification icon keeps a 1 next to it whenever an appointment is listed. is ther any way to make that 1 go away?
