I set it to "Lite" to see how it looks but how do I go back? I can't get into the settings screen. Going up or down or anything won't do it.

2. Full and Lite option. When you first load, you will go into full mode. For the LITE version, I've removed most of the stuff except leaving the animation on demand and clock array in. The shorcuts number will follow exactly what you had selected in full. So, in a way some of the settings are shared between full and lite. - from FULL to LITE, go to SETTINGS page and press LITE button
- from LITE to FULL, press TOP CENTER

Though I have yet to get my phone to go into Lite mode, I have no reason for it at the moment. Hope this helps!

I would like a cab for max manilla to get rid of the upper shortcuts and a transparent clock .... basically I am looking for something that looks like the old panaramic 2.1 that the picture slides with slider. I had the old grass rom of Caulkins for the diamond and migrated to the tp2. I guess all I want is a clock and a slider with a panaramic background. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. By the way I am currently using Caulkins 21885 build

Try this to hide the buttons for the Alert bar (after you swipe up) :

I don't exactly know what you mean by a transparent clock but if you are talking about the digital clock, you can cycle through server types by tapping just above the clock (top center)
Just out of curiosity, have you tried full screen mode yet???

Wallpaper - there are 3 types of wallpaper here.
a. BG4all - this is the wallpaper which will automatically load up when you select through MENU/Home Wallpaper/Weather Wallpaper. Wallpaper will show on all tabs and is not fullscreen. If you leave it, it will not display anything. Setting is "B".

c. Default - this is the manila wallpaper that requires app like HDWall to create. Rather than using the latest file of 512x1024, I have reworked a fullscreen default wallpaper using the old filenames. If you are using HDWall, go to config and select profile "TouchFLO v2.5 BETA - No Compression - All Tabs".

I created a wallpaper using the configuration mentioned above in HDWall, but after I install it and the phone resets, the top and bottom bars are changed, but the wallpaper is still the default from the ROM. It changed the wallpaper for the other tabs, but the wallpaper does not line up with the top and bottom bars. What did I do wrong? Thanks.

Now go in and select change wallpaper from the settings tab in HTCSense. Then depending on your rom, select aweather wallpaper, choose one and it should set the HDwall. If not try soft reset.

Or if it asks if you would like to use the Default wallpaper, select yes.

i installed this on a 6.5 rom using 2.5 and it takes up 78-80% at bootup.. that's nuts

I agree it is very consuming, which is why I can't use it either. I have enabled a way to have only the featurres I need on my TP2, without having to have this full program. However, I can't wait to own a device that can handle this great mod! (HD2 or better)

Well I tried that it does work to get rid of top shortcut slider ... I feel like an idiot on that one. but was then playing with hd walls and got the same problem as Prsnlcrcl and it changed curtain top and bottom which is kewl but no actual background and it f up something to where I had to crash it. I would go to start and move the icons and it would just blur into a cluster of pixels. I had this problem playing around with adding and removing problems on my diamond a couple of times also. I suppose its all trial and error. Has anyone ever used that grass rom or a rom with the 23506 with 2.1. So now Im moving on to the next op system to play with ... another question ... when I flash roms I go back to stock rom then unlock then flash new rom .... is this correct?
