Admittedly I was doing this at work so my details are a little sketchy, but I did the disable from TPTweaks and the dialers, unskinned and skinned werent working right.
I then went to the first page of Energy ROM and DL'd the Tachi Dialer Disable cab. Soft reset if the cab install doesnt force one. Everything seems fine now.
