No. That is what was/is needed for some custom roms to connect to Microsoft Market Place to download and buy apps online.

+1 on that. What's the name of that retractable/minimizing slider thing you have going on there. That looks fabulous. Is it something you made, and does it only work w/Manila 2.5?

If you are running NRG with Manila 2.5 then here is what to install.
Install them in the order they are posted.

Okay, so being that I am running the 23081 version of NRG's EnergyROM, is Arcsoft the program I need to install in order to send/receive MMS? I'm on Verizon by the way.

Yes.
Run remover cab then soft reset, run Arcsoft and you should be set.

Edit: Tested on nrgz 11-05 21864 build. Not for the 23xxx builds. Let me know if you run into any issues, I'm still a noob with writing cabs.
