I use Shake and Save to take a bunch of screenshots, and then I use Easy GIF Animator to create the animation.

How about an underwater scene. Something with no marine life in it. Just a stretch of open water underwater. A sandy bottom perhaps... Can it not be stretched? I'm not sure exactly how it works...
