Capitals Letters for the Titanium's default plugins

where does this extension go? I just use Chome editor to make them caps

U cant change default Titanium plugins w/ Chrome Editor!!

it Capitalizes the first Letter in the Home screen. so im guessing it works as it supposed to

I keep getting a read only error when trying to copy this file. I've restarted multiple times. Still no luck!
