HI...quick question for anyone that can help me.
Ok so there is something called FtouchFlo on Colonels OCt21 rom. Ok cool i got the jist of that. I have tried it out and it works. Ok now my question is how do i disable this thing if i want to. While looking up the software i found it on the xda site and it had instructions on ow to configure it and so on, but i dont know if im missing something cause in colonels rom there is no where in the Program Files area (Program Files\FTouchFlo directory) that this application is even exist so i have no way of configuring it or even disabling it from booting up. Read some where on here and it was saying if you are having issues with the app on colonels rom you need to reinstall it or something like that. So i just downloaded the app and reinstalled it...and now i have the Program Files\FTouchFlo directory BUT every time i reset my phone it give me an error message saying Ftouchflo is already running. So i uninstalled the app (the one that i manual installed that is) and now once again the Program Files\FTouchFlo directory no longer exist
So to make my question more clear...
1. How do i configure this app considering that there is not trace that it even exit on my phone expect for the fact that it works lol

2. How do disable it from automatically starting up when i reset the phone...is there a way i can choose how and when the application runs.

thanx

O and one more thing...after reset i have about 15.95 MB free is this normal with colonels oct21 rom...
i know it has alot of apps on it so i was wondering if this is the reason for such low RAM after soft reset. What programs are eating up so much of the RAM maybe i could live with out them

thanks for the response i guess. I did bother looking and I did find it and just created shorcuts just forgot to come back on here and say so.

Im not one of those people that worries about ram just for the hell of it...their are some apps that i run that are RAM WHORES (like watching youtube videos)and when im starting off with 15.95MB that gets me to ZERO very fast.

But i still dont know how to disable Ftouchflow as i need to. i guess i just use the task maanger to terminate when i dont want it running.

To disable Ftouchflow, delete the shortcut \Windows\Startup\Start FtouchFlo.lnk and soft reset. If you want to free up some more memory, you can also disable Voice Command. Start, Settings, Voice Command, Uncheck Enabled.

I just upgraded to the latest Sprint firmware to take care of the BT issues.

Two things I would like to put on my phone from the Colonel firmware were -

1. The dial pad overlay - left the numbers up after dialing a number - VERY handy when you get put in a call routing system and you need to press numbers instantly.

2. The scrolling calendar thing for the today screen - let's you look at more than just today's appointments.

If you could tell me what these items were, I would greatly appreciate it.

Two other items:

Is there a JAVA update newer than the one on the latest Sprint ROM released yesterday? I think it is Jbed FastDAC 200070828.4.1

My version of Voice Command is 1.60.4622.0. I know 1.7 isn't available but I'm curious if that is the absolute latest rev of VC?

Thanks again.

I love th Col's ROM, just curious though if he turns of Sprint's Power Vision, cause I can't seem to connect for any data (internet, e-mail) unless I'm connected to my computer with the sync cable.
