XV6800 Stuck in bootloader
 

Just a FYI to XV6800 owners...
I just flashed my brand new XV6800 with the TitanUnlocker and it got stuck in the bootloader. I ran ImCoKeMaN's titan_exitbl.exe, and it fixed me right up. I can now go into the bootloader (power+camera+reset) without getting stuck.

When I'm stuck in boot "LOOP" I just take out my microSD card and replace once it is booted. I'm still using 2.08 (not 2.09 and won't even touch 2.16/2.17).

Ok, So for some messed up reason, when I power cycle my phone. it has been taken me to the boot loader screen! Now this just started last week, and it has been driving me crazy. I have found a work around for this problem. But i would like it fix so i do not have to do this any more.

When this happens, if you take out the batt, then plug the phone to a charger, wait till you see the red light come up, from there pop your batt back in. Wait for the orange light. Once the orange light is on, turn your phone. It should load the flash now.

But i would like to know how the hell to fix this. i have been thinking about getting rid of the phone and going with the Samsung SCH-I760. whats your take.

But....I'm still stuck
 

When it goest to update it shows the older Version and then the 3.16 version at the bottom that its going to upgrade the ROM to. After I hit update it gives me a ROMUpdate Utility has stopped running error. Any clues?

BTW, the bootloader says:

I have the same problem. I ran the file now am stuck in bootloader and can't get out. Help??

i think i may have a problem. i was following the instructions from phonenews.com for the gps update. it said about it freezing on the carrier logo (which it did), to re-enter bootloader again and send the radio update. when i entered the bootloader i get this info.

is that bad, or is there a fix. thanx

Re-flash with the original ROM and try again :)

i tried that. when it gets to the install percentage screen, i get error 202 communication (or connection, i cant remenber. now).

Did you try re-start the pc ?
