use a different computer, find one with xp.

if that doesn't work it may be a USB issue. Another possibility, is to flash a new rom from the SD card (there are instructions for how to do that on the site)

can someone please help loaded new rom on old sprint radio 1.32 what to do phone wont go pass splash screen and i cant put a stock rom phone on because pc wont read phone

nevermind fixed it myself thanks anyway

everytime i click on one of the links it says file not found am i doing something wrong im stuck in the bootloader screen

Connect it via USB and try installing an official ROM.

EDIT - Make sure you back your PIM up.

hi..i need help...i am stuck at that tri color screen when i was trying to unlock my Sprint Mogul...and i have tried downloading this Exitbl.rar...but its giving me the error ..activesync is not disabled and connect your device..please let me know what to do next.. the screen shows TITA100 MFG SPL-2.40.Olipro
CPLD-9..

If i try to hard reset..still it's not working..please...help me out guys..
