1.On first launch of IE, prompts to download powerdeck to My Documents folder
2.Cannot find "My Documents\poerdeck.sprint.htm", click ok then no file. Workaround: go to my documents folder, run the htm file
from there, comes up blank, then choose a different home page - didn't work
