Make sure you read through this and understand the steps that need to be taken. I would suggest you ensure that you are ready for all steps before you do the first step. You will need to unlock your phone, update your radio, and then install the new rom. Do NOT install a custom rom from here unless you have UNLOCKED your phone.

You cant install a custom rom without unlocking so that isnt a worry.

Hey i'm running 23001 and I like it alot it is very stable and fast with lots of memory my one problem is that Internet Sharing isn't installed or IPNAT driver. I found an Inernet sharing cab her but still no IPNAT driver. Two questions: does 23003 have these two items and/or can any one help me with the IPNAT drive?

Hey,

You should flash 23003, it has a lot of fixes in it.

Many thanks! This link was REALLY helpful. I will sit down and attempt my first flash tonight. If all goes well, I'm returning / selling the Omnia and keeping my XV6800--truthfully, I liked it better anyway.

P.S. For mattsm and anyone else who thought so too: I'm a SHE! Guess I need to change my profile pic. Lol!

Re: Windows 6.5 21812,21815,21820,23001,23003

Woo hoo!!! After doing all my research I finally flashed my phone for the first time! So excited!! Thanks to all for your patience and help. Just one problem though I got so excited I didn't remember that Wireless Sync would most likely not be on the ROM Update. Now all my contacts and calendar items are missing. Anybody know of a way I can import my info that's backed up on Wireless Sync onto this phone? If not, this whole flash is going to be pointless.

Thanks again for your help!
