I didn't read through the whole forum and have been out of the ppc world for bit...Is the 23001 the same thing as the 21501 except with different apps cooked in, or have there been updates to the actual windows 6.5 OS? Thanks.

21501 is the official build number from Microsoft.

The other builds, such as 21301, are HTC builds, that use the 21501 6.5 OS base.

So the base OS is the same, but the features from HTC are improving/changing. And, HTC is changing the base OS in some ways. So, I lie.
