There is a tutorial. Good luck and don't be afraid to ask questions. That is what we are here for.

Anyone use a bluetooth headset with 23017? I can't get the phone to find my headset.

Edit: I got my headset working. I originally couldn't find the bluetooth settings, in order to add a device. Now I'm all good.

I have nothing useful to add... just wanted to reply with...

Yeah, get a TP2, or something else with a 640x480 screen

Sorry.

Matt,
I like what you have done with the latest version. Do you know what reg keys I need to silence the startup and shut down?
Thanks!

The sound on and off it the sound you get when radio comes on and goes off.

registry
HKCU/ControlPanel/PhoneExtendFunction/CDMA/FlightModeOnOff

change the value on EnableSound from 1 to 0 and then exit. wait a couple a seconds then soft reset. If you want to use a different on or off sound then you will see what it is playing in that registry.

For example.
under Sound_on it is refering to \widows\PhoneOn.wav
So if you want a different sound change that path to your desired sound or rename your desired sound to PhoneOn.wav and overwrite the one in the windows folder.. Easy huh!!
