Flashed Mogul HELLLLPPPPP!!!!!

Hey guys i'm gonna throw this out there and see if anyone else seen this before..... I flashed my Mogul and now when ever it's powered on it cycles on and off every 30 to 40 second, but when it's hooked to a power source such as USB, or to the wall it's fine
