Re: WM6.5 for HTC Titan Build 28014/21884 *UPDATE*

I am having the same trouble establishing a data connection using the 28104 build. I will also try to install the carrier cab and see if that fixes the issue. I use my phone alot as a router and need to resync my phone with myphone to get my contacts back. thanks for the tips posted so far.

I just have a question and hoping someone else has this issue. For starters the Task manager closes programs but I can't get it to show up on the today screen. Second when I close a program it does not close completely. The program(s) will only be properly closed, or exited, through Task Manager when I "End Task". I am using your Task Manager from your download page. Anything will help, Thanks.
What I do is map my "speach" button on the left side of my Titan under the "ok" button to the task manager. When I need to close programs I just hit that button and end the task.

Great news, I installed the carrier cab for Sprint and my data connections are alive and well. I'm actually using WMWifiRouter right now to post this!!! Thanks for the active thread and all responses and help.

Re: WM6.5 for HTC Titan Build 28014/21884 *UPDATE*

Is there any way to get rid of some of the non-useful software that comes built-in?
for example: Microsoft Tag Reader, Showcase, and Marketplace...
I have cooked my own after trying jmartin72s awesome roms...
and these aren't mentioned as options...
just looking for extra memory room!
thanks in advance!

It can be done, you have to remove them from the SYS files. If you don't know how to do this, or don't feel comfortable I wouldn't try it.

Re: WM6.5 for HTC Titan Build 28205/21887 *UPDATE*

Trying the 28205 build. Seems pretty stable, faster than the stock 6.1 build, but the call history seem to work. =( Any ideas?

Yes, I noticed that too, after I had posted it. Try 23518. Call history works, and it's fast. It also comes with the new office 2010, and threaded outlook.
