I'll keep working on it and post what I find.

Edit: I tried that power switch method and it didn't really work. I'm not too sure about mortscript but it sounds like a likely culprit. Im going to try a clean Arcsoft MMS cab, and skip the HTC Comm Manager and see what happens.
yeaa run all your testing and let me know a solution, if it is the rom then we will fix it. i appreciate your time and work but my hands are tied. i use gc14 mms and i use stock comm manager and they both work 100%. can wait for the solution to your problem and please post your findings.

Please don't take me wrong, I know you work hard on these ROMs and get them out for free in your own time. It would be nice if builds slowed down so that all the little wrinkles could be ironed out. I figured a problem like mine that was sudden to a new build would've been like "oh yah ha, try this" but I probably forget how long you've been at this stuff already.

When I first started using your builds I thought the colored batt and mem meters at the top were funky (just bc I like things to look clean) but after using it this time they feel really well integrated and when I switch to another ROM I find that to be one of the things I miss the most.

It worked, got rid of the honeycomb and gave back 3 row icons. The font is messed up tho, it's a smaller font than 6.5 and some items text is cut off.

This is a step forward tho...
good a step forward is good. please post back your findings so the people that need/want a 3 row startmenu can do it too.

thanks guys for tweaking it i know that without a kitchen for every single one of you is hard to please everyone. but tweaks are welcome

i am doing my own tweaks like fixing the wireless manager from the taskbar (thats not fixed yet) but i will fix it for you.

go on and tweak ...or get an iphone lol

it's all good here. i like my roms and all i can do its to hope you like it and if you dont then tweak it to your own likings. and yes a long time to learn this stuff. so come on and make this a better rom until you guys get the kitchen. ill provide tweaks like the commanager and the predictive text.

we can all pitch in solutions

Hi bbsandkm and Friends:

I'm testing the Titan_21812D_BBS_RUU and it's working fine...the new Titan_21815_BBS_RUU is much better?...Do you recommed me to flash the newest?

Thanks & "Think Different",

Re: Windows 6.5 Titan

Ok flashed to your 21815 again and was able to duplicate the problem with a 3rd CAB (HTC X Button) that I had not installed in any of my other 21815 flashes.

Re-flashed again and tried my cricket Arcsoft CAB again this time, and soft resets did not become hard resets but still got the mortscript errors, and mms would not work with that installation.

So I was going to reflash a 3rd time and try a clean/different arcsoft cab but instead I reflashed and tried HTC Comm Manager first, and that worked fine. Then I tried my cricket arcsoft MMS cab and that is also working fine now.

So uh... I don't know.

Have you tried to download and install Mortscript as a standalone application? I'm sorry if this is redundant or unhelpful info; I'm currently with very limited access to internet.

And I can't wait to get home and try the new build!

Like I said everything seems to be working fine now. Must've been several unlucky flashes in a row. I can't get it to screw up now and I'm trying.

With that said, is there any way to change the color of the theme without changing the theme (edit: without installing an extra app, preferably)? I like Black, but don't want to change the preference tabs to those ones with corners or how the menu selection highlight changes either.
