Need help with contacts button not working...

Had a quick questions guys. I just flashed a very basic Sprint based ROM form PPCKitchen and the whole phone actually works pretty good, except on the home screen where contacts is won't push forward.
When you hit start, then contacts-nothing. Am I missing a link?
Anyone have a cab I can use?
ROM Version: 3.08.66.1
Radio: 3.42.40
PRL : 02001 Metro PCS

Never had this happen. Usually its something else, but not contacts.
