Invalid Model Id..?

I have been at this for some few hours and keep running to the same error over and over.

Flashing to the new radio, the built up exe's wont flash the phone giving the error above. I had to resort to the sd card method.

The dcd roms are having tons of trouble flashing it as well.

NFSFAN's rom is having the most trouble as well. I cant get a bearing on wtf the trouble is other than that the phone is a refurb from verizon.

I have been followong a couple of threads on the verizon gps drop out and have been trying to get mine working back again.

Whats this INVALID MODEL crap..?
