Dcd 4.1.2 Rom

I have been having a few issues with this rom. First I have had the issue of not being able to make or receive calls. It is intermitent. The phone connects but no sound can be heard on either end of the line. Second thing is i get an error message when trying to download my email. It says "connection failed check your connection". However the data connection is active and the
internet does work. The only way I can receive my emails is to start wmwifirouter then i can receive email. wierd. Anyone else experience this?
