OEMizer question

I have downloaded and updated the buildos and kitchen for the titan. I have question about using the oemizer. I have a couple of apps that I wanted to have installed into the rom. I started the oemizer and imported the cab file. Is shows where the program files are going to be installed. It shows them installing into \windows\ and I wanted to put them into their own folder in \Program Files\. I click edit and one of the files is now highlighted in yellow. I can that folder but not the the others. Is the one highlighted in yellow the only that I am going to be able to change?

OEMs only install to /windows. They can make copies elsewhere, but they install to /windows.
