Help: Ppc Kitchen Not Updating!!

i asked what to do and the only answer i got was too download the msi file. i downloaded it and all that was doing was installing the os program which i already had. didnt fix my problem. so again what am i doing with the link that you gave me?? im a noob to this and dont know what you mean do it manually.
