Question about any ROM's w/ M2D/TouchFLO in it?

Hey buys, i have just got an HTC Mogul, and have spent more time messing around with it then my computer (which in itself is a miracle!!!), and have updated to 6.1 TiTan from 6.0, and tried SO many programs, iClone, iPhonz, M2D, M3D beta, home replacement (forgot the name already.) And about 100 other programs and narrowed down now the following programs that i like and am satisfied to using below. Problem is, M2D CONSTANTLY has the 'Restart TouchFLO' with almost every program i run after exiting, even when using phone sometime's, and read a bunch on the alternate ROM, and also about the Kitchen ROM, but don't know enough yet to FULLY understand, and need some users that have some experience with this under their belt. Also, it seems like there is a memory leak in general somewhere, since after time with running a few programs, and because of lower memory, programs keep AUTO-CLOSING, the memory goes from 12MB free down to like 4-5MB and every program i try to run, doesn't and also M2D keeps closing itself.

I basically am just using some basic stuff, and would LOVE to replace my ROM with one that already had M2D build in. I am ASSUMING that by doing this i gain the following most important functions.
1) Free up a bit more memory. Currently i am at around 11-12MB Free, and when using the replacement ROM or Kitchen it's reported at about 25-28MB Free.
2) Since M2D would be part of the ROM, it would RID the problem of M2D constantly having to reload since it would be part of the background ROM itself, and also since A LOT more free space is available to not have to auto-close everything when you are loading any programs.

Programs i narrowed down to using now After trial and error and removed everything now but these-
================================================== ============================
1 Enchasements.OUTLOOK.and.PICTURE
2 AudioManager_2_0_18193326_0
3 Album_2_5_18202622_0
4 GoogleMaps-ms-htc_compressed
5 YouTubeQVGA 1_5_1820_3327.and.mHubVO
6 FSP, DShow, WMP, YouTube, Video Fixes
7 my manila fix (M2D most recent build supposedly)
8 blacksoft (Not quite sure what this does)
9 WindowsLive_NoIM_0409_1_ (Don't really use/need this actually for myself)
10 Weather Cities fix (Not TOO important)
11 Opera_v9.5_build_15233_QVGA (FREAKIN LOVE THIS VERSION!!!)
12 Task_Manager_2.1_34837.5 (Use this mostly.)
13 CommManager 2.7.1.8
14 new htctoucher keyboard theme
15 new iDialer
16 Opera Backup v.10
17 TouchFLO 2D Dialer Letters V1.0
18 Pocket Artist
19 Adobe PDF
20 WM6_RemoteDesktop
21 Virtual Explorer
22 Shazzam (MusicID)
23 FinalBurn and Genesis
24 Pocket_Workout_Wizard
25 PocketCM_Keyboard
26 PACKAGE_Snailslug_TouchResponse_0000_v02_2

Based on using the above programs (granted taking out the non-rom related ones like emu's and workout stuff.), what would be my best option of ROM to grab and install/replace that would give me best available free space and most stable M2D that won't restart every time i load up contact's OR Opera????

And thanks for helping me out with this.

Re: Question about any ROM's w/ M2D/TouchFLO in it?

Hey Chevy, could you point me to a link, or just let me know kind of a generic of what it means by Kitchen ROM? Meaning, would it let me simply replace my current ROM AND have M2D build in? I want to save some space since my phone is bloated currently, and also so it doesn't have to keep restarting M2D EVERY time i load up a program, any. THanks buddy for the help too. Just need a better refresher, since after reading all i can about the Kitchen and also custom ROM's doesn't quite tell me what it really IS.

Saw your message right after i posted this, also reported mr.spammer too. LOL. I am with SprintPCS. My phone shows the following when booting-

P DCAAXAM-4350H
M 09 R 3.42.02
B 03 D 3.56

The BIGGEST thing's i use, versus programs i can always install separately if i need to, are M2D, Opera, and the Album program is pretty cool. Other stuff isn't a HUGE big deal since i can always manually install if i need to, like taskmanager and youtube, etc. I just want to be able to not have to constantly restart TouchFLO every time i run something, as well as needing more then 11MB with NOTHING running BUT M2D. I do have an 8gig stick now if that factor's into things.

with a kitchen rom you build what you want in the rom into the rom. just make sure that you dont overload the rom itself or it will not even boot the phone. here is a link to a how to make your own rom....

http://forum.ppcgeeks.com//showthread.php?t=33857

also check out www.ppckitchen.org , thats where you can get the kitchen and the help there is as nice as here.

is that what you were asking? if not say so and ill try to help as much as i can

Re: Question about any ROM's w/ M2D/TouchFLO in it?

So everything should be ok as long as i am reasonable with how big the ROM is, which what is the size it shouldn't go past? And also gets confusing since a lot of ROM's are out there, and some mention you still have to install the proper 'Radio' to work with the carrier. That part is kind of confusing also. Thanks a bunch for assisting me with this, it's definitely helping and VERY much appreciated.

Like for example, the ONLY things i guess i would really want to have inside the ROM, versus separately installed would be -
1 Enchasements.OUTLOOK.and.PICTURE
2 AudioManager (Maybe, but either way)
3 Album_2_5_18202622_0
4 YouTubeQVGA 1_5_1820_3327.and.mHubVO (Also Maybe, could be separate)
5 FSP, DShow, WMP, YouTube, Video Fixes
6 my manila fix (M2D most recent build supposedly)
7 Opera_v9.5_build_15233_QVGA (FREAKIN LOVE THIS VERSION!!!)
8 PocketCM_Keyboard

And anything else i could always install to system memory or external memory.

the how big is if it is made in the buildos kitchen. the ones released one here and other places are in resonable sizes.

Re: Question about any ROM's w/ M2D/TouchFLO in it?

I would recommend this ROM:

http://www.pdamag.com/roms/

It's a Titan ROM optimized for M2D, and is very stable.

The above ROM is a branch off from the Scott Crosler Round 4 Reloaded ROM.

The Scott Crossler Round 4 Reloaded ROM is no longer being developed. I think the above ROM is a continuation of development by another developer, not a branch off. I could be wrong, though.
