That's normal for this ROM. Click on the COMM Manager button below your power button. That should bring up the wireless manager.

Also, when you install a stock ROM from another carrier or any precooked ROMs, DO NOT LET CUSTOMIZATION RUN. Use your stylus to reset your PPC as soon as customization appears.
You know what, maybe we should just start over.
Try installing the stock ROM of "your carrier" and LET customization finish.
Install nuerom 201 and don't let the customization run. Use your stylus to press the reset button AS SOON AS you see the customization window appear on first startup. Sorry i forgot to mention this
