Alltel latest 6.1 with Manila 2D Kitchen and Rom

This is probably not the right place for this, but this is the first ROM I have tried to put on my phone. I keep getting Error [262]. I have read around, and I haven't really found an answer. Anyone have any link to point me in the right direction?

I have even tried with a freshly loaded PC, at work with a new PC, they didn't know though, and still same error. I did a hard reset on my phone and still the same thing.

I know this is a problem with my phone just from process of elimination, but any advice would be much appreciated.
