Dead Telus P4000

OK, here is how it happened.

Launched Hard-SPL-240-MFG.exe, went without a problem

Then, titan_radio_3.27.00, went true everything, and now phone is dead..Nothing, nada. It doesn't react on any buttons.
Tried camera, power and reset, hard reset (L+R softkeys and reset), still nothing.
Only thing that happens is that a light beside internet sign is comming on when I connect it to USB or power, and it stays on for about 10 seconds, then goes off. Is there any help, or is it bricked?
If it's screwed, can Telus fix it?

Any suggestions are welcome

Thanks

What color is the light? Red means download mode, brick. Any other color means you should be able to get in to bootloader and flash to safety.

HTC can, Telus will replace it for you. has Telus released a software update? Tell them you were updating your phone, and suddenly the power died and that happened.

That's the plan....Just got off the phone with them, and, for $125 they will replace the phone(it's out of warranty) with a new one. Not a bad deal, considering that I got this one for free...

Thanks for the replies....

I would not pay $125 for a new mogul. Lol tell them it's been replaced like 6 times already and that you want discount pricing on a Touch Pro... haha.

Funny thing is, I had a Touch Diamond, and I HATED it....Don't know why, just did. After 5 days replaced it with a BB Curve, and I love this phone.
I am really surprised that I like it, being that I always had PPC phones
