Turned phone off and this happened: RGB bars, TITA100, Serial, what's wrong?

EDIT: Fixed it. Just did a hard reset to get it working again.

I'm in the process of selling my Mogul and I did a hard reset (2 softkeys and reset) last night. I've turned the phone on and off multiple times but just right now thsi screen came up after I turned it off and it's not changing!!! It's been on this screen for about 10 minutes now.

The power button isn't turning the phone off, my last resort is to pull the battery but I don't want to risk bricking the phone

That's called bootloader.

leave the battery out for a day or so mine did it i ordered a new one i have both it works fine now im about to unlock it and mod it. it had NO mods when mine did it... Ya boi wes

Flash the stock ROM or your own custom ROM. It'll go away.

Its just stuck in bootloader. I had it happen to mine. Try flashing a stock ROM, flashing a new Radio, Custom ROM... etc... whichever you choose, just make sure the ROM is compatible with the Radio.

you just need an app called exit bootloader. it's a command line app, very simple, disable usb connections in activesync, and run it, like magic.
