Rename your RUU_signed.nbh file to TITAIMG.NBH and put it on a 2gb or less MicroSD storage card formatted to FAT32 and put your phone in bootloader mode. It should do the rest. Only reset your phone when it says "Update complete" and 100%

That should help for those of you that have a RUU_Signed.nbh file.

OR..

Put the RUU_Signed.nbh file in the same directory as the "Rom Update Utility, plug your phone in and it will do it itself.

I prefer the SD flashing.
