sprint titan just says 0% then ERROR

I get kitchen to cook my rom in vista .. which is a miracle as my desktop wont run it, problem is though.. i get a tri color rgb screen, then a grey screen with a progress indicator that just says 0% for like 5 mins then the program gives up and says error, when rebooting the phone, it boots normally without problems back into sprints stock rom.. how do i get the rom to upload? thanks
