Here is a copy of my selections file that I use.

I rebuilt my ROM using all "phone" options under nuerom (no oem's) and now the ## codes work but I must dial # after and not push the green key.

That is the way it has always worked for me. I have never had to hit the green key. I always thought you had to hit the ## at the front and # at the end for them to work anyway.
