ModuleDir=kitchens\000_Shareware.rar: ModuleDir=kitchens\PPCGeeks_OEM.rar: ModuleDir=USER_OEM I make no promises as to if this will work properly or not, but it's not going to hurt to try. I should also note, that I actually made a new folder under the NueROM folder called Mine and added all the oems I wanted into there instead (including extracting the ones I wanted from the PPCGeeks rars), then added the line ModuleDir=kitchens\nueROM\Mine. This worked just peachy for me and allowed me to keep all OEM's separate so as not to have any GUID conflicts.

Re: nuekitchen
Do you get OEM errors if you exclude your folder? There is one error that EVERYONE seemed to be getting related to some Sprint item, but you can safely ignore.
Does your phone freeze if you flash with the kitchen base alone and no addidtional OEMS? |

Re: nuekitchen
Odd, but I'm glad your up again. Did you manage to get your additional OEM's working as well?

Re: nuekitchen
The reason you get guid errors is because of duplicate files. Mainly due to including the whole ppckitchen package. The best way to add oem's is to dump them in the "no2chem_all_shared" folder. Just extract the ppckitchen oems to a folder and copy & paste to the all_shared folder. Not sure if you know this trick but I'll tell you just incase, when in the ppckitchen oem folder hold your ctrl key down and then move your mouse over each oem folder you want to add making sure not to let off of the ctrl key until you are done. Then goto "edit" at the top left of the window and select "copy to" and direct the dialog to your "no2chem_all_shared".
If you still get errors pay close attention to what the package name is and delete it from the all_shared folder because it's already included in the kitchen. One other thing is to pay close attention to make sure you select OEMdrivers when making all of your selections. I ran into that issue the first time I cooked a rom. A slight oversight with not so good results. Last edited by lllboredlll; 11-21-2008 at 09:00 PM. |
