uscellular ppc 6800

Hi im looking on some help with my htc 6800 from uscellular. i cant find no where it mentioned ppcs from uscellular and how to make a rom on them. im guessing it is the same as verizon and such but how to i make sure i still connect to uscelluar if i cook up a rom in htc kitchen?

The main thing to remember with USCC is there is no "stock" rom, so once you flash it, you can't go back to the way it was new, and they have the right to void your warranty at the USCC stores.

As long as you are ok with that, the most important thing you can do before flashing is to use QPST to backup your phone's programming, and then after flashing, write the programming back to the phone. This will save you hours of frustration.

Other than that, the rest of the tutorials will match up and work for flashing.

I think you mean EPST, not QPST.

Actually I did mean QPST, EPST has no backup option, you have to write down all the values, QPST contains about 95% of what is in EPST, so if you backup with QPST and restore with QPST there are very few if any changes that need to be made.
