No, just installed the full ROM (R4R Loaded), then after that was done, I just added the task manager that was provided. I can barely run any apps without touchflo or the app itself shutting down. I'm using a Verizon XV6800. Any thoughts?

Yeah, location was ON and the GPS settings were correct. i had to roll back to the VZW WM6.0 rom and radio then reflash AGAIN. It took HOURS. Stupid radio wouldn't flash. But I'm up and going now.

If you didn't do a hard reset after installing, you should do one now. Then reinstall your carrier cab and reboot and see how you're memory is.

Re: Scott's Titan Manila 2D ROM--very cool

Is there a registry setting that Im missing? I changed the number from #777 to #778 so that it wouldnt automatically connect whenever it wanted to but it is still connecting to the data connection. Is there something Im missing. Before all I had to do was edit that number but its not working this time.

Re: Scott's Titan Manila 2D ROM--very cool

I have a dumb question which may be on the wrong board or not (as this ROM isn't exactly updated via the original link anymore):

I followed the instructions posted over here:
http://www.pdamag.com/rom-install-instructions/
(wonderful instructions BTW - worked great) but unfortunately, I'm missing out on Sprint TV (on my Sprint Mogul). I've installed the Sprint.cab file in the instructions (and verified by trying to install it again after soft-resetting), but it didn't show up. And I know it showed up during the HTC install portion of it.

Any ideas? Or is there some manual place to grab it from?

The sprint carrier cab is only to enable the data connection it does not contain the cab for sprint tv . You will need to find the cab for that. I do not have it. Maybe some does and can post it for you.
I did find this you might try. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...=30072&page=21

Try changing the network that programs use to connect automatically to one that isn't Sprint.

There is no carrier specific fluff in this rom.

Here's a link:

Re: Scott's Titan Manila 2D ROM--very cool

I figured that since I had to grab the Sprint cab file, that it would have the TV and such on it too. Apparently I was wrong. Thanks!

Re: Scott's Titan Manila 2D ROM--very cool

Whats the verdict on this? I am using dcd 3.2.5 and would like to get a touchpro-like feel from my titan. I tried installing manila 2d on this rom and, while it works, it doesnt work well enough to use as my permanently. How does this rom stack up?

AND, does it have gps?
