Problems Flashing nueSPL with 8GB MicroSDHC

EDIT: RESOLVED. See post #14

I have been reading for the past few hours but can't find any help on this topic.

I am trying to flash nueSPL 2.47 using my 8gb microsdhc card but it won't take. Keeps dropping me into 2.07nueSPL (apparently thats a relocker) but I am sure I am not using the relocker file (it came in the zipped 2.47 archive).

All of the tests pass fine during the wizard. I think the problem is the formating allocation size of the card. When I try to manually format the card on Windows using:

format g: /FS:FAT32 /A:1024

It says: "The specified cluster size is too small for FAT32."

I was able to do it with a cluster size of 2048 but it still just takes me to the 2.07spl. Anyone have success flashing nueSPL or radio 3.42.50 using an 8GB card?
