Anyone have an issues where if they turn of the WiFi switch (assigned to WiFi) any hidden wireless networks get deleted?

I've tried that, but it plays stupid with me. I have to add the hidden network all over again. I must have added it 6 times today. Even forced a commit of the registry afterward. It's all good until I flip the switch as to not drain battery juice, then it's all gone

Re: nueROM-S / nueROM-M / nueROM3

I am going to reflash (not for the wifi thing but for other reasons), is it necessary to let it run the customizations? I'm pretty sure that the customizations ran a radio refurbish which wiped my GPS one settings and caused me to have to call VZW to get reauthed, is there any reason I HAVE to run them?

1. Yes, used SD card. I fished the .nbh file off the desktop after the build, renamed and ran it from the card.

2. Yes. Even though I specified Verizon in the kitchen, I still ran the DCD verizon carrier cab over it. I don't know if this is needed, but its working fine.

3. PIE 6 is slooowwww, even using wifi, and does not render the screen well. Maybe this will be fixed in the QVGA official release. However, Opera runs great with the extra RAM available. Could never get the full Opera to run well on the 6800 with the RAM available in any previous build no matter what ROM I tried.

Which MMS cab did you install? Go to HTCGeeks and get the newer one.
I didn't install any MMS cab; this feature worked on my Alltel Titan in the recent past (not in this ROM)w/out installin anything. But in an effort to take your advice I looked on HTCGeeks & couldn't find any MMS cab let alone the "new one". I found a Sprint MMS thread here where ya donate $5 & get cup of coffee w/ your cab....but it says "Sprint", I searched the thread for "Alltel" & got bupkiss...I don't wanna blow money on something thats incompatible.
So....
-is the SPRINT mms cab good for my Alltel Titan?
-is there some way to "start" the "Vision Service" thats not runnin (I have FDC's Task manager showin me all services; Vision aint there)

Thanks for gettin back, hope I'm not too much of PITA

Re: nueROM-S / nueROM-M / nueROM3

##778# works for me, but I cannot connect to vision, ITOA fails. the last time this happend there was a ##code specifically to default the vision services, but I can't find it and don't feel like spending 2 hrs on the phone with sprint... I suppose it might work to do an esn swap if I can find my old phone, as I don't want to mess up my 6800 that is working right..
