Re: nueROM-S / nueROM-M / nueROM3

I have caught my phones thinking the battery is 100% while charging, and when when unplugged it will jump down to it's "real" value. so after each and every flash I find it best to do the o'l battery pull, and if it's not already full, let it charge with the phone off.

I also think that powering up the phone while unplugged is better for accurate battery metering

Re: nueROM-S / nueROM-M / nueROM3

I tried posting this on the site as a comment, but for some reason, I was unsuccessful.

Would it be possible to distribute the roms and kitchens via torrents? This could offset the load it puts on your site.

Re: nueROM-S / nueROM-M / nueROM3

Background: Loaded Nuerom3pre3 w/ Hignmem enabled in my Alltel Titan 6800 via PPCKitchen, using the UPDATE20 latest M2D interface.....
-Vision Service failure when I get a picture text message, anybody know how to straighten that out?
-Also, I'm ALLTEL, and the data connection says SPRINT. SO I went to Connections/manage connections & deleted Sprint. Type ALLTEL in a new name, put #777.....then it asked for a user name &password....what the heck do I type there???????
Thx in advance to all you smart doods.

Re: nueROM-S / nueROM-M / nueROM3

Hi Friends:

I have the last dcd's titan ROM 3.3.4 with Radio 3.42.50 in my SPRINT HTC MOGUL PPC-6800 and I would like to know your experiences with the new nueROM M-Titan-201 to decide the change. What are the main advantages and disadvantages?

Thanks & "Think Different",

I just went to the 206 unified kitchen added to the ppckitchen from DCD 3.3.4 yesterday, as DCD has stated that although he will still develop his ROMs for it, he will no longer be providing a kitchen for the Titan. I had tried the 201 nueROM earlier and had several issues. None here now with this new kitchen.

There is significantly more memory, and the device runs quicker than DCD, when nueKernel is used to turn off the camera. I have not played with the pagepool yet, just using it standard. Getting 27mb free at boot running PocketPlus, HTC Home, and Wireless Sync, which is about 9mb more than I got with DCD running the same apps (with camera enabled, of course).

Wifi, Bluetooth, GPS, Data all work well (on Verizon here), same radio as you. Haven't had a chance yet to look at battery life.

UC ran fine on first boot. All cabs working well with this build. Have nothing negative at all to report, other than the vibrate notifications seem stronger for some reason. I have to search for the regedit for that. Overall, very pleased.

Which MMS cab did you install? Go to HTCGeeks and get the newer one.
