I'm also unable to use Picture Messaging. I'm running nueROM 3pre3 with Alltel as my carrier.
I had Picture Messaging working back in nueROM 2.0 using the Arcsoft cab from lennysh, but now whenever I use it I get the same IOTA and Data provisioning errors that the other two guys are getting.

Any ideas?

Did you let the customizations run? If so, then I would expect as much. If you did, run a dcd carrier cab for Alltel, then *228, then try the newer arcsoft cab from GC at xda-developers (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...35&postcount=1)

I have the Lenny one running here and it works. Try hard resetting and allowing customizations. That will allow a signed cab to install that should fix it.

Okay, I need some help getting the latest kitchen working (sorry if I missed this in previous posts?):
I get this new error when trying to build:

"Module Not Found: nueCPL - Kernel
Module Not Found: OEMOPERATORS

Module not found errors re typically caused by an update. Reselect the OEM and save."

toviaheli, read my post below and it should get you patched up. The new build os caused quite a few problems for me. Gguru helped resolve the kitchen_config lines that needed to be fixed.

I have been searching for almost three days trying to figure out what is going on. I know that I am a noobie, but I have managed fairly well with my Apache. Now I am trying to put some custom ROMs on my Titan, but at first I had issues unlocking it (my fault, I had an 8GB card and needed a maximum of only 2GB) once I figured this out, unlocked first try. Then I update BuildOS to get the latest and greatest, but I am getting errors when I try to even open the software. Below are screenshots of the errors. I know that I have to be doing something wrong and it is probably an easy fix, but I cannot find it as I have searched all over. If someone could help so I can get this ppc running like it should it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Z
