Yes the text lag makes it virtually useless

How do I go back to 755? It's back there in the /kitchens folder... Do I have to uninstall 924?

Yes it is there in the kitchen folder, when you launch the kitchen it asks you what you want to open from there select the base you and want then do your selections

Just reflash with 755. It will overwrite all of 924.

But yes, that includes all of your settings, too. Some of these guys have personal settings and CAB installations down to a science when they reflash. Personal OEMs, SASHIMI, Auto-install, etc.

I may have to reflash back to 755, too. My phone won't allow Mute or Speakerphone to work, and now S2U2 is breaking, won't start, won't use my .gif file, etc.

I will try a bare install first.

OK. This is kind of weird. Reflashed with default selections. My phone was faster with all of my crap on it. Bare bones, it is pretty slow. (Slow opening Programs, Setting, etc. Fast opening Windows, though 1 second.)

Here may be a clue. The slowness of the Programs and Settings has to do with Today Items. I use none of them but I add Today Clock, cLaunch and Today agenda. Deselecting all of that stuff I never use (stock selected) speeds it up to normal and snappy. (I long since quit using HTC Home stuff. Too many issues.)

But the basic dialer works. Now I will add the iPhone dialer.

That works better than before the reflash, with Mute and Speaker OK. But opening the keyboard still breaks the dialer graphics with a blue block in the number readout.

Here goes S2U2: Still won't play my .gif.

May go back to 755 anyway.

I got fed up with the calendar bug (not being able to change an appointment) and the keyboard lag. Im back on 755 until a new base comes out or I finally get enough to get the TP

Really what sort of issues are you getting? I'm using the HTC Home with no issues.

So I replaced my old mogul with a new one. No matter how nice I was I was not able to get a Pro at the store. However I got a brand new Mogul in orginal box with all accessories etc... I installed 924 on my new mogul and the slugish stop compare to my other one. Text messaging is a little faster than previous mogul and keyboard does not tripple press the keys. I would like to know if anyone is being opening programs and when it closes the dialing pad comes on. I remember seen a post about this that has a registry editing but after 2 hour search I can't find it. Can anyone help me and provide me with the link or the registry editing steps.
