I've tried over the entire weekend to found the problem and couldn't. I built and rebuilt and rebuilt and rebuilt, even as naked a rom as I could and still haven't found a solution. So until further notice that the bugs with this rom have been eliminated I'm going back to 755 which is definitely stable.

Re: Titan WM6.1 build 20924 kitchen

Well I just flashed a completely clean ROM, and the messaging (I say messaging as I now have noticed it in emailing as well) still starts off very very slow. Although, with an empty ROM it did seem to recover quicker. Meaning, once I was done sending my message, it would return to it's previous speed, but even it's normal speed (opening menus, launching programs ect..) is not as good as many previous ROMs. Hope this helps, if anyone would like me to try something specific, let me know and I'll give it a try. Thanks to all who's helping.

Edit: I did notice one more helpful item. It seems that if I open the keyboard and wait for about 20-30 seconds before attempting to type, it seems to be able to type at normal speed.

Noticing some extreme yet intermittent sluggishness with 20924 here too.

Do we know what device this build was pulled from?

this damn thing is slow as hell with texting! best bet to decrease lag is to turn off auto-suggestion/auto-correction settings; other than that, still sucks

This was done after a soft reset (25M free) & the same error occurs and is also happening on 2 other phones that I've flashed. Aside from that - everything else works seemingly well. Is there something I'm leaving out of the kitchen that the ROM needs to properly function the calendar? The only thing I can think of that I'm leaving out that I normally don't is MS Voice Command & any of the Office apps (which are included in the other 2 ROMs built).

im getting this too! man.. i hate to re-flash everything..

+1 on sluggishness. Makes texting/emailing quick replies almost impossible since it takes 20 seconds for the system to catch up.

Going back to a previous ROM...

I was having some serious issues with my first flash, including a white text on white Start Menu. Could not fix it. I reflashed and changed the Opal Enlarge Start Menu to the HTC non Opal Enlarge Start Menu, and now menu is fine and this thing is running pretty quick.

I am on Verizon. I also don't text much at all.

Looks like opening and closing the keyboard does slow things down briefly, along with breaking my iPhone Dialer (puts a blue block partly into the dialing window until I soft reset, same as the last 2 builds).
But speed is back now, with no changes other than passage of a few minutes.
