Finger scrolling driving me crazy!

I just cooked a ROM using the 20755 kitchen. It works great, but the finger scrolling is driving me nuts! I didn't select any of the TouchFlo OEMs, but I still get finger scrolling in apps. Is this part of the build? Is there any way to disable it? It makes drag-and-drop impossible. Thanks!
