Whats the diff between a "Theme" & a "Skin"?

Can I use the M2D skins from the Vogue Mega-OEM- rar forum or is there an M2D specifically for each system/phone?

Why can't I "see" or "add" more Manilla2D "thiemes"s...the customizer has a page for it...I THOUGHT I had more M2D themes (mabe I don't know where they are on the device?

Whats the Minimu "Free Mem" my device should have to be reasonably stable....currently 7.6MB free
