Using ICS with mogul= free internet?

This is a dumb question but im on a college campus where the internet is insanely slow. i was wondering if i use ics on my mogul (i have sero) will i have to pay to any tethering charges?

Dont think so.

You should use wmwifirouter and setup a personal hotspot where ever your phone goes.

Yes u can, infact you don't even need WMWifiRouter to do that...just use "Internet Sharing" included in most ROMs.

there is also a small ics.exe you can run on your phone that will do the trick it will handle connections between lots of stuff on your phone ... usb to wifi .. turn mogul into usb wifi adapter. Cell to wifi use cell as wireless hotspot. usb to bluetooth bluetooth to wifi ect ect... nice 21kb exe that does all you need and is free. I don't know where it is now but i got it off of xda a few months back. Most popular use is to use cell as wireless hotspot. Just setup any adhoc network on your phone prior to launching the ics.exe on your phone (first time only) and select cell as top connection and wifi (trendw11 i think) as the bottom and click start. It has router and dmz settins as well.
