S2U2 issues with Prime Contacts

I am using a Verizon XV6800 and a custom rom based on the No2 selections. I have prime contact manager, and love it, however I noticed today that as soon as I installed S2U2 it locks Prime CM. When I hit the contacts softkey, or try to load it from start it flashes up on screen and then immediately closes, it even does this if I install both from BuildOS.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I wish some one would help him and I same problem here thought that I would really like PC and I do problem is once phone is soft reset PC just flashes up and is gone any ideas?
