Question Kitchen OOM memory options?

There are two options on the Titan PPC Kitchen for:

- Adjust OOM Settings to allow 512kb memory
- Adjust OOM VLOW Settings to allow 64kb memory

Exactly what are these options for and what do they do for/to the phone?

Thanks!

OOM=OUT OF MEMORY......I believe it tops out the cache size at 512kb for Opera and other such apps....you may want to check with ggrusa....he will know for sure.....

Re: Kitchen OOM memory options?

yea, me too, I always thought they had to do with ringers, but after thinking about it while going in circles with google, I think these levels are the triggers for the out of memory dialog box. I assume the defaults are higher, and the vlow is very low=start killing apps...
