Is there a way to remove all programing from my phone

I was hoping for a resolve with my USCC HTC (Titan) 6800. My friend used the ppckitchen in attempt to activate the gps but it did not work. He tried for 3 days following instructions in attempt to rectify the problem but with no satisfaction. I do not understand the programing so I am at a loss. I have read several posts but have not located what I am looking for.

What I would like to do is to wipe every and any programing off of my phone of which I believe I can convince USCC to warranty out the phone.

If there is such a way I would welcome any details or other suggestions with this problem.

Thanks

I also have a us cellular 6800 and the gps works great. It should work for you too. Did your friend upgrade the radio also to at least 3.35?
As far as i know..there is no way to go back to the stock rom on a uscc phone.

Open up your phone pad and type in ##786#
Click on edit reset and then enter your SPC for your phone and click ok. All programming is wiped. If you don't know your spc, download getspc. If you need it I will upload it for you.

Also you need to relock the bootloader after you flash the stock ROM.
