Quick help guys

this might be a small problem to fix but i am ot sure... everytime i build a rom and added throttlelauncher_93b it works fine until i open my keyboard when i close the keyboard and return to my main screen the bottom bar keeps comming up blocking my options any tips of clearing this or no.....
