registry errors

I just flashed a new ROM on
the 20755 base and then ran
pocket mechanic > registry
that found 172 invalid
registry entries. after
deleting these entries SEVERAL
programs no longer work, MS
voice commnd, etc... and
others are extremly laggy.
obviously this wont be ran
again, question is why did PM
registry find so many
"invalid" entries when they
weren't.
