Re: Titan WM6.1 Build 20755 GPS kitchen

When trying to build, I get an error message that says "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" Here are the last few lines from the build:

Building ROM
ImgfsFromDump 2.1 RC 2
Internal Error! Open Imgfs Detected!
Using compression type 'XPR'!
Sector size is 0x800
Chunk size is 0x40
Loading

It just stops there....doesn't give the normal error sound, and doesn't exit. I have to manually close buildos.

Any ideas?

You have another build running. Close all BuildOS sessions, and restart.

C:\ProgramFiles\PPCkitchen.org\BuildOS\Projects

I'm not sure its been updated yet to work with the new BuildOS however, so you might get a kitchen_config error then. on the line in that selections that says OptionalModuleDir=kitchens\PPCGeeks_OEM.rar:, change the PPCGeeks to PPCkitchen now and be sure you have downloaded that rar recently.
Well mainly b/c I had a problem before and after i reinstalled all was fixed. I have the most updated of everything so I will try the other stuff, thanks.

edit: worked great, thanks

Re: Titan WM6.1 Build 20755 GPS kitchen

Flashed back to 20748. I too found battery life unbearable with this build. Lost 50% this morning in 1 hour and then another 30% in an hour after I recharged. Also, the iContact thing is now present in the 20748 build. Must be part of the new kitchen file. I need to ask one more thime, anyway to remove this?

Don't know why you're seeing such terrible battery life...we don't experience that. Can you provide a copy of your selections.txt, + and additional OEMs your are building with?

IContact shouldn't be in there. Please provide a copy of your build log (the status window)

Here you go gguruusa. Since the build log exceeds the file attachment size, I'll send you it to you via PM. Thanks.

Re: Titan WM6.1 Build 20755 GPS kitchen

I too am expiriencing the same power loss that one or two others have described. After a hard reset, and closing all today plugins and task managers, CPU running at about 6%, I'm averaging about 135-145 drain, even spiking up to 215 sometimes. I seem to remember that some time ago (back with my apache), there was an issue with ActiveSync causing a large battery drain. I've noticed that with this build it is alot harder to keep ActiveSync closed. I'd be willing to try any troubleshooting ideas and work with someone to try to fix this issue for myself and others. Attached is my selections, I did not import any other OEM's into this build.

Re: Titan WM6.1 Build 20755 jOEM Error

Scanning USER_OEM\jOEM
ERROR: no dsm file found <-------------

So I have done light cooking, i would say more reheating then anything else. First time reheating of 20755 ROM. but error stops me in tracks. I havent created any custom OEMs, so build consists of Updates available. Help please, where do i go from here.

Thanks in advance

P.S. I have noticed that voice command freezes mogul when installed with TouchFlo. Any fix for using both?

Um, look at the first line of your post...You have a custom oem (user/joem), though I guess you didn't intent to.
