How to get roaming on Mogul????

Hi, I just switched to my Sprint Mogul with the new rom update. I found the roam feature is gone and have been reading on how to make changes so I can roam manually. However I dont understand the jargon on how to get into the phone to add it. Can anyone help?

Run this file on your mogul. Extract the .cab file and install it. I cant find the thread on this site where I originally got this from, but its from here. And it works!

Not sure.. I believe the cab file just are some registry tweaks. I would say try it and let us know.
