Mogul HTC WM6.1 (3.56.651.0) took my Roam Only option

The latest Mogul update (3.56.651.0) took away my ability to force my phone into Roaming. Does anyone know of a workaround or hack to get past this?

This is what happens to my ROM when I try home-cooking....
