If he is able to make outgoing calls he does not need a new akey.

Who is your provider? What do you mean by it won't allow you to *228? If you dial and it does not work your dialer may not be allowing that funtion. Install one of Carlos dialers and try *228. If it does not work you can just uninstall it. Also if you are on Alltel try *228 option 3.

Good point. I was wondering if he can't dial *228, maybe he can't make outgoing calls...but I really don't know much about Verizon...they don't have coverage in my area...

The keyboard doesn't register the first letter of anything I type, both hardware and software. It'll recognize key presses (shift and Fn, for instance), but I have to press the first letter of that session twice before it recognizes it.

Working on it. For now, the only IE8 workaround is to remove the background splash (edit kitchen_config.txt to comment BackgroundImage= line). A easier to implemet solution will be available soon (or maybe it'll be fixed).

Re: Titan WM 6.1 build 20748 GPS kitchen

My provider is Alltel. After the flash my phone is in digital roaming with the solid triangle in the system tray at the top. My phone is in constant roaming even after loading netcf 3.5 from my storage card. Also my wifi stays active. I'm trying now to rebuild the rom from scratch again and try to see where I went wrong.

Re: Titan WM 6.1 build 20748 GPS kitchen

Not sure if its a big issue or not, but I just flashed with Sprint, yet my data connection is called "Alltel Wireless". Also, in the phone settings, theres no option to provision the phone with IOTA.

Edit: I swear I selected Sprint as my carrier, but just looked and it was on alltel . Everything seems to still work though! Oh well, nevermind!

Re: Titan WM 6.1 build 20748 GPS kitchen

Okay, I do get a buildos error when starting up the apache_wm6.1_20748 selections. I get duplicate GUID. Is this important?
